For this SLJ activity I had to make a Fish & Chips menu. Not what I expected from a SLJ activity but I love the uniqueness and creativity of this project! By far one of my favourite SLJ activities. What I love about this is I have the free will to add any kinds of food on my menu. For example, seafood boil. I’ve never tried it before but all those videos on the social media make it look so delicious! So it just makes me crave it even more!

For the step it up activity this time instead of learning about Narwhals I had to learn about Beluga Whales! You might know that Beluga Whales use Echolocation to navigate their whereabouts and use this method to see the movements of their prey, but did you know that they can imitate human speech? And they can swim backwards?

The similarities these 2 have is they both live in the Arctic Waters, they both change colors throughout their aging and they both live in small groups or pods! Which one do you prefer, Narwhals or Beluga Whales? Let me know!
